In this role, you will work with our products, marketing and sales teams to define and execute the sales strategy for SHINING 3 D. You'll use data and insights to develop a strong point of view on how to continue growing our products sales and where the area should evolve to meet our sales need. You'll be responsible for driving awareness and adoption of SHINING 3 D through a broad range of sales and growing profit. brWhat you'll do: brManage and grow existing accounts across assigned European countries. brIdentify new business opportunities and develop tailored strategies for the market. brBuild and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, and partners. brNegotiate contracts, in alignment with company policies. brCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations. brMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy. brPrepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. brRepresent the company at trade fairs, customers meetings, and regional events when required. What you'll bring: brMaster degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. br5 years of experience in account management related dental business brStrong understanding of Spanish market and multicultural business environments. brExcellent communication and negotiation skills. brAbility to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. brProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. brFluent in English and Spanish; brWillingness to travel across the region as needed.
