Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve all technical inquiries from customers regarding the manufactured product, including special manufacturing requests (Engineering to Order).
* Serve as the main contact for technical issues related to the product at Carrier Montilla Site.
* Optimize technical selections to improve solutions in terms of technical quality, cost, and delivery time.
* Analyze projects for adapting the product to meet customer needs.
* Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams on product adaptation projects or studies.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team on product training for customers.
* Manage and organize customer factory visits.
