As a Business Development Representative, you will be on the front line when it comes to identifying new customer potential. **Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential target accounts based on the Idóneo Customer Profile (ICP).
- Schedule meetings for our sales team (Sales Executive or VP Sales) and document all activities in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
- Work closely with the marketing team, provide feedback on campaigns, and share valuable input for new content.
- Take part in our regular standups, pipeline reviews, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our outbound playbook.
**Qualifications**:
- A completed degree or equivalent training in sales, marketing, or a related field, along with initial experience in sales, customer interaction, or a sales-related role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to clearly convey value.
- A self-driven, structured working style with accurate CRM data maintenance.
- Genuine interest in digitalization, IT processes, and new technologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce, or strong motivation to master them.
- Fluency in German; English skills are a plus.
