Mission
Lead the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.
* Manage, motivate and develop the front and back of house team.
* Supervise quality, service and presentation standards.
* Control costs, inventory and profitability margins.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and hotel direction to drive innovative gastronomic proposals.
* Guarantee compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions at high-level hotels or restaurants.
* Education in Hospitality, Tourism or similar.
* Natural leadership, customer orientation and communication skills.
* Ability to work in dynamic, multicultural environments.
* High level of Spanish and English (other languages will be valued).
* Knowledge of management tools (TPV, cost control, reservations, etc.).
