What you will do in this role
* Lead the team to achieve specific business and performance targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain up-to-date CRM data.
* Remove roadblocks and support the team in resolving challenges.
* Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays.
* Stay informed on market and client service developments.
* Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly.
* Maintain communication with the Sales Director and clients to foster relationships.
* Ensure team understands and achieves operating, sales, and client performance targets.
* Coordinate team incentives and sales performance funds.
* Build business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.
Your qualifications
* Proficient in Italian and advanced in English.
* 5+ years of proven sales experience.
* Passion for customer experience and team results.
* Experience in operations and strategy.
* Excellent coaching skills and employee development record.
* Experience maximizing revenue and working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
* Problem-solving skills as a manager.
