FundedSeat is a growing proprietary trading firm, providing funding to Futures & CFD traders. We're expanding our affiliate network and looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to drive trader acquisition through affiliates, influencers, and trading communities.
This is a fully remote role reporting to the Director & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliates across YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and trading-related platforms
* Manage incoming affiliate leads and serve as their dedicated success manager—ensuring partners are set up, supported, and engaged
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, creators, and trading communities
* Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms
* Monitor affiliate performance and optimize results in collaboration with marketing
* Stay current on trends in the prop trading and trading education space
* Represent FundedSeat with professionalism and warmth across all partner communications
What We\'re Looking For
* Must have prior experience working at a (prop) trading firm (affiliate, partnerships, or community role)
* 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or community management
* Strong understanding of affiliate and performance-based marketing models
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
* Familiar with the trading content creator landscape (YouTube, Telegram, Discord, X, TikTok)
* Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously
Nice to Have
* Personal trading experience or deep knowledge of funded trading evaluations
* Existing relationships with trading influencers or educators
