Job Description
Provide strategic and operational capabilities to execute specific projects contributing to our People Strategy with a focus on Global Freelancing Program.
Responsibilities:
* Supports large HR projects and leads smaller strategic studies.
* Structures complex, ambiguous problems.
* Build content, analysis, storytelling.
* Coordinates various stakeholders to deliver findings within agreed timelines.
* Creates compelling presentations to share findings and recommendations (qualitative and quantitative) with Senior Management to drive decision-making.
* Continuously engages with key stakeholders to build & refine studies priorities.
* Follows the operational execution of projects globally and in detail for some countries.
Knowledge and experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in HR.
* At least 2 to 3 years of experience in operational and/or strategic HR matters, ideally supporting a dynamic and evolving environment with a diverse & international culture.
* Data driven mindset.
Competences (personal attributes & skills to succeed in the role)
* Strong project management and analytical skills: ability to screen and quickly absorb information on various topics from multiple sources and synthesize it to make meaningful recommendations.
* Quantitative; comfortable working with numbers and quantitative analyses.
* HR analytics literate: able to review and interpret HR reports.
* Ability to make impactful written and verbal communications and presentations.
* Collaborative and a team player.
* Good interpersonal skills:
o Open-mindedness, actively listens to others, understands and values others' views.
o Ability to connect with people easily, to win buy-in for proposed recommendations.
o High level of maturity: ability to liaise with counterparts from different parts of the organization, including senior executives.
* International, multi-cultural mind-set and approach.
* Driven, self-starter with ability to execute in a fast-paced & constantly evolving global environment.
* Ability to summarize and present information in a concise and clear manner for executive review.
* Other: excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills, and presentation writing skills; experience in project management & collaborative tools is a plus.
