We are an Erasmus office that implements KA1 projects. FAB acts as a hosting organization in Córdoba, welcoming groups of students and teachers to carry out their Erasmus projects.
We are currently seeking a candidate to join our Academia Barcelona team at our Córdoba office (Andalusia, Spain) as an Erasmus+ intern. We are looking for interns to support the coordination of our projects. You will be working as an assistant to the project coordinators in the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To search/create/update databases, which could be either potential or vigente clients. In particular, the goal is to identify customers that are looking for hosting organizations and willing to send groups to Cordoba.
- Emailing potential clients (mostly Polish schools)to inform them about our services.
- Accompanying groupsin cultural activities(city tours, trips, coordinated events and one-day excursions to cities of Spain, etc.)
- Helping toprepare welcome folders and documents of project participants.
- Keeping in touch with participants during their stay and providingthem theinformation needed.
- Supporting coordinators with administrative tasks.
- Searching the web and creatingdatabases oftraining work placements, restaurants, collaborating organizations, etc.
- Handling complaints as they arise.
- Languages: Polish, English and Spanish
