About Yuma AI :

Yuma is building a complete orchestration platform that deploys autonomous AI agents dedicated to customer support in e-commerce. Our top merchants automate over 80% of their support tickets through Yuma. Yuma was founded by Guillaume Luccisano, a 3rd time YC founder, and now boasts a team of 20 highly dedicated, talented people driven to deliver the best value to our customers through AI.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

As an Account Manager at Yuma AI, you’ll play a strategic role in managing and growing our portfolio of existing accounts across Europe (and a few in the US and Australia). Your core mission: ensure client satisfaction, drive upsell opportunities, and contribute to building the Account Management function in a fast-moving startup environment.

This position involves cross-functional collaboration with our Product, Support, Growth, and Sales teams, and is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

The position is full-time, offering a hybrid office-remote arrangement, and requires fluent English to communicate with clients globally.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Client Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce brands. Build strong, long-term relationships, understand their needs, and proactively drive satisfaction.
* Growth & Upsell: Identify opportunities to expand usage and increase revenue within your accounts — through new products, renegotiations, or contract renewals.
* Onboarding & Enablement: Lead the onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful product adoption. Train client teams and guide them to fully leverage the value of our solution.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Data, Sales, and Support teams. Collect and share structured client feedback to influence the product roadmap and improve our solutions.
* Internal Process Building: Help shape the Account Management structure by bringing your ideas, implementing repeatable processes, and pushing for operational excellence.


Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Account Management, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.
* A first experience in Sales is a plus.
* Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and high autonomy — you’re proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English is required.
* High proficiency with AI tools and willingness to use them in your daily workflow.
