The Production Security Services & Solutions (P3S) Coordinator works within the Production Security team, part of the Swiss IT Production department.
As the P3S Coordinator, you will support transversal business-as-usual activities, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion under the guidance of Production Security leaders.
You will manage and update the Production Security roadmap and other related roadmaps, keeping stakeholders and management informed of any changes. Your responsibilities include consolidating and following up on activities like remediation plans, Risk Cards, audits, and managing the obsolescence of security components and other production elements.
You will organize meetings, provide reporting, and ensure clear communication of progress and updates.
This position acts as a central point of contact for coordinating business-as-usual activities within the team.
The role does not require on-call duties.
You will oversee multiple assignments from the Head of Production Security, defining tasks for achievement, and ensuring proper delegation to engineers.
You will coordinate initiatives in line with BNP Paribas Corporate Security policies, using tools to track progress and verify results, including cybersecurity metrics, risks, and compliance status.
Regular reporting and stakeholder communication are essential to ensure clarity on responsibilities and progress.
You will ensure adherence to production processes and quality standards for deliverables.
Responsibilities
* Manage and update the Production roadmap quarterly.
* Follow-up on activities within the roadmap.
* Oversee Risk Cards activities, ensuring actions are assigned and remediation progresses.
* Monitor task completion by stakeholders.
* Report activities regularly via dashboards and meetings.
* Track and manage corrective actions from audits.
* Escalate issues as needed, providing insights for improvements.
* Ensure documentation is produced at required quality levels.
* Contribute to documentation when necessary.
* Report on assignment progress.
* Update official tools (e.g., ServiceNow) as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+) are a plus.
ITIL certification is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT Security Operations.
French language skills are a plus.
