Project Controller
The Project Controller manages all controlling and commercial tasks in project business, from project setup, regular reviews, to project close-down. The role ensures high-quality financial data to support management decisions, reporting, and forecasting.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in commercial project setup for Project Managers and Commercial Order Processing
o Ensure commercial budget approval
* Conduct regular reviews of ongoing projects with project managers
o Update forecast costs and assess risks
o Verify billing plans for invoicing and cash flow
o Support updates on delivery dates, acceptance, and closure
o Document progress, deviations, and escalations
* Prepare project reports for portfolio management
* Assist management with project controlling issues
* Support SBU Controlling in forecasting and planning
* Monitor pending payments and final acceptance status
YOUR PROFILE:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, preferably in Business Administration
* Proficient in English and Spanish
* Self-motivated, organized, and independent
* Customer-oriented problem solver, willing to travel (~10%)
* Advanced SAP and Excel skills
* Strong cost control and project evaluation skills
* Effective project management and communication skills
