**About the role**:The Assurance domain is part of Digital Network & OSS. The purpose is to engineer and deliver all Fault Management Systems, that enables the 1st Level and 2nd level operations to manage the network efficiently.As a** Senior Expert Fault Management**, you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:- Drive a program to manage all project deliveries of the AIA Assurance domain.- Ensure, that all project deliveries are in scope, budget and time- Set up the project governance and support the project manager to deliver their tasks- Detect and manage the risks and issues- Control the deliveries and escalate if needed- Align with other projects in other areas to control the dependencies- Manage the stakeholder**What do you bring?**- Excellent knowledge of Program and Project management technologies like Prince II, PMI etc.- Engineering degree (Bachelor / Master) in telecommunications or computer science or equivalent- At least 5 years professional experience in Telecommunication or IT.- Leadership competences with positive communication and interaction of senior project manager.- Professional presentation of the project / delivery results up to the Senior Management of the main department.- Communication and interaction with the management team inside and outside own department.- Good knowledge of agile working methods (i.E.
