Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to define and execute the digital sales go-to-market (GTM) strategy for North West Europe, aligned with HPE’s global growth objectives. This role drives the transformation from traditional sales approaches to digitally enabled, customer-centric engagement models, identifying market opportunities across hybrid cloud, storage, compute, AI, and related hybrid cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-country, multi-disciplinary team and champion data-driven, AI-powered selling motions that accelerate revenue growth and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the digital sales GTM strategy and coverage for NWE, ensuring alignment with HPE’s global growth objectives.
* Strategic Leadership: Lead transformation from traditional sales methods to digitally enabled, customer-centric engagement models.
* Strategic Leadership: Identify and prioritize market opportunities across hybrid cloud, storage, compute, AI, and hybrid cloud solutions;
translate insights intoactionable plans and investments.
Sales Execution & Performance
* Own digital sales order targets for the region and drive consistent attainment or overachievement.
* Oversee pipeline generation and conversion through inside sales, digital demand generation, and partner channels.
