ROLE SUMMARY
Support the Manager in National Accounts & responsible for the management of regional accounts within the Spanish trade including trade term, assortment & promo negotiation, analysis and presentation of products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Full support to the Associate Manager for National Accounts
2. Selling our products to the Spanish trade partners
3. Realization of sales and distribution targets within customer group
4. Management customer P&L
5. Preparation and realization of year-end talks within agreed budgets
6. Development and implementation of the annual business plan according to the customer’s commercial strategic pillars
7. Preparation and handling of presentations to the customer of new products, promotions, etc
8. Daily management of the customer
REQUIREMENTS
9. Degree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing
10. Commercial background with at least 2 years in Commercial experience (ideally a combination of Sales and Customer Marketing/Marketing)
11. Fluent in English and Spanish
12. Understanding and knowledge of the Spanish retail environment
13. Strong communication and negotiation skills
14. Ability to drive for results with high degree of autonomy, initiative and speed
15. Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across function in an ambiguous environment

This role is not eligible for relocation.
