✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide technical and operational support for serialization systems on packaging lines.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (vision systems, printers, scanners, PLCs).
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical track-and-trace regulations (DSCSA, EU FMD).
- Execute equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for serialization components.
- Support installation and validation of serialization systems on new lines.
- Collaborate with automation and IT teams for integration (MES, SCADA, SQL databases).
- Manage incidents and changes using tools like ServiceNow, following SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and participate in audits.
- Work with global teams and vendors to implement upgrades and improvements.
- Analyze performance data and propose process optimizations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems and procedures.
🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Higher vocational training or university degree in Automation.
- Fluent in Spanish
- Advanced level of English
- Experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, vision inspection systems.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems, MES/OEM integration, and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical serialization solutions (Systech, Antares, Seavision, Tracelink).
- Understanding of GMP processes and packaging qualification standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot network and serialization issues.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Soft skills: problem-solving, multitasking, cross-cultural collaboration, ability to work independently.
