Topcret, a pioneer in sustainable decorative coatings, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our growing commercial team from our global headquarters in Barcelona. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is driven by data, and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
Role responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary sales team.
* Build and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue, profit margin, and monthly growth targets.
* Collaborate directly with the C-suite to propose and implement commercial solutions, pricing plans, and sales enablement tools.
* Monitor CRM performance (HubSpot), define KPIs, and drive operational excellence.
* Support international expansion through distributor and installer networks across key markets (USA, Middle East, Asia, and Europe).
* Drive alignment across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure end-to-end performance.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in construction, design, or materials.
* Proven track record of managing teams and exceeding commercial targets.
* Strategic thinker with operational execution ability.
* Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages beneficial).
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
