Are you passionate about building strong relationships and making an impact in the world of business management? Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.

You will contribute to revenue growth by acquiring new customers or maximising the value of Sage's existing customers, either by offering them additional products or upgrading the versions of products or services they have already purchased.

Will understand and diagnose customer issues and align the appropriate Sage solutions, building trust in the brand and the value offered.

*Please note that this role is hybrid and will require you to work 3 days a week from our Madrid office.*

Responsabilidades principales

New customer acquisition or cross‐selling and upselling.

Manage opportunities to offer our solutions to potential customers or complementary products or services to those the customer has already purchased.

Sales target achievement – work towards established sales targets to maximise revenue through customer acquisition or the customer portfolio.

Follow up on leads generated by the company, as well as those obtained through your own initiatives.

Product training and updates: stay up to date on the company's products and services, as well as the latest market trends.

Train in effective sales techniques, especially in new business as well as in cross‐selling and upselling.

Handling objections and closing sales – know how to manage customer doubts or objections in a persuasive manner. Close sales through clear and efficient communication.

Pipeline and forecast management – knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM‐X3) tools to record interactions and track sales opportunities.
