**HR Technology**:
- Drive consistent adoption and optimization of HR technology solutions globally, enhancing efficiency and end user experience.
- Ensure the needs of the business are well defined, develop effective solutions, and drive successful implementation.
- Collaborate across the KION Group to contribute to the development and realization of the HR technology strategy.
- Manage implementation projects as required to deliver to the technology landscape of the future.
- Lead a talented, global team, ensuring strong solutioning and customer service is in place.
- Partner with Workday owners within KION to represent Dematic business requirements and ensure successful implementation.
**HR Operations**:
- Collaborate with HR Leadership to continuously evolve the impact of HR Operations.
- Implement HR Operations and central services designed for a standardized and efficient delivery of HR operational processes which fully meet local, regional, and global needs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems, driving a high level of confidence in HR data across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR functions.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
**Collaboration and People Leadership**:
- Partner with leadership team to implement effective strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the KION organization to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Foster partnerships with business leaders to understand and address HR needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative
**HR policies and practices.**
- Foster the growth and development of the HR technology and operations leaders and team members.
- Ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders as a trusted advisor and confidant.
- Advanced large-scale project management and change management experience across general matrices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results.
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
- Fluent in English
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of directly applicable Human Resource Leadership experience in a global, fast paced, innovative, engineering / technology company.
- Experience working with Senior Leaders around the world.
- Experience in driving initiatives, while holding teams accountable.
- Experience in building a standardized HR operational model to meet the needs of the HR organization
- Advance degree, or equivalent, and relevant direct work experience required.
