THE ROLE:
This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of spare parts and accessories—from ordering with OEMs to coordinating logistics up to local warehouses. You will oversee product and pricing strategies for the assigned brands, support planning and KPI tracking for spare parts operations, and manage invoicing processes across the internal network and with OEM partners. This is a key position that connects commercial, operational, and logistical areas to ensure high service levels in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.
MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Communicate with international OEM or brand teams regarding parts supply and operational alignment
* Monitor pricing and margins, and manage commercial conditions offered to the network.
* Coordinate with the warehouse and transport operators to handle orders, deliveries, and claims.
* Manage the ordering process from OEMs and coordinate logistics to local warehouses.
* Plan and forecast spare parts needs and oversee replenishment across Spain and Portugal.
* Maintain master data for parts and accessories.
* Work with ASTARA systems, including SAP and Salesforce, with a strong focus on SAP as a core tool.
* Manage internal and external data reporting.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts management, planning, ordering, and pricing, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or similar.
* Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
* Advanced skills in data management, spreadsheets, and reporting for decision-making.
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and implement process improvements.
* Strong analytical capabilities and commercial mindset, including pricing tools and market benchmarking.
