We provide them with the knowledge, the tools and above all we offer them our support to meet their ambitions.Working for us also means collaborating with motivated people and developing solid relationships to jointly meet the challenges posed by international and stimulating projects.**Core Responsibilities*** Lead the elaboration of parametric 3D CAD structures for standardized delivery, enabling efficient development of customer-specific solutions.* Translate complex customer requirements into functional and technical specifications.* Drive R&D; and engineering tasks independently and lead project teams through design and development phases.* Oversee the creation of drawings, BOMs, and technical calculations to support robust design decisions.* Apply strategic technical acumen to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.* Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical systems in the field and provide expert-level support.* Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective prioritization.* Facilitate and lead product design reviews, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring design quality.* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and technicians across business units to align technical activities.* Ensure comprehensive documentation and data management in accordance with standard procedures.* Prepare and present high-level technical reports and recommendations to stakeholders.* Contribute to the development of technical manuals and operational documentation.* Provide expert technical support and guidance across teams.* Ensure project completion within budget and schedule constraints.* Occasional travel up to 10%.**Education and Experience*** Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 15+ years of relevant experience.* Proven leadership in mechanical design and development, with a strong track record of innovation and delivery.* Experience with overhead conveying systems is a strong plus.* Proficient in FMEA, FEA, CE compliance, and machinery development standards.* Advanced user of CAD Design tools.* Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe.* Fluent in English and Spanish.**Competencies*** Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with excellent interpersonal communication.* Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.* Self-driven and proactive in leading development teams and initiatives.* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.* Committed to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the department.**What we offer*** 22 days of annual leave (excluding public holidays) plus one week during Easter and another during Christmas.* Hybrid Workplace (60% WFH 40% office).* Flexible working hours, Monday through Friday, 07:00/09:30 a.m. to 16:15/18:45 p.m.* Flexible compensation currently includes: private medical insurance, meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, childcare vouchers, and collective savings insurance.
