You will work closely with growth, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact marketing solutions, optimize user journeys, and integrate best-in-class marketing tools.ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize integrations with marketing tools and platforms (e.G., analytics, CRM, A / B testing, attribution, automation, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, Appsflyer, Conversion tools).Contribute to backend systems using Scala, supporting data pipelines, APIs, and marketing automation workflows.Work within the Growth team to implement features that drive user acquisition and engagement.Ensure high performance, accessibility, and responsive design across all marketing touchpoints.Monitor, analyze, and improve site performance and conversion metrics.Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.Stay current with marketing technology trends and recommend new tools or approaches.RequirementsAt least 3 years of backend experience :
Java, Scala or Kotlin.Proven experience integrating marketing tools :
