Your role 
You will play an active part in developing our network of business partners within the property financing division. 
Main responsibilities: 
- Prospecting and reaching out to potential business referrers (real estate agents, wealth managers, insurance brokers). 
- Making outbound calls (80%) to present our services and qualify professionals. 
- Scheduling video meetings with potential partners for short 15–20 minute discussions. 
- Following up by email and updating records in the CRM (Pipedrive). 
- Building prospecting lists using research and scraping tools. 
- Contributing to the commercial development strategy of our partner network. 
Profile 
- Fluent English is required; French is a plus. 
- Comfortable speaking on the phone, with strong energy and communication skills. 
- Commercial mindset: persistent, positive, and driven. 
- Autonomous and well-organized, able to manage multiple calls and follow-ups at once. 
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools. 
Conditions 
- Internship of 4–6 months starting January 2025, based in Valencia, Spain 
- Paid internship 
- Friday afternoons off 
- Day off on your birthday
