Joining our team means being part of a company with an unwavering commitment to excellence, where we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, in which every voice is valued and, ideas are encouraged to flourish.**Job Purpose:**As the **VAT Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in managing the VAT reporting team your main goal and responsibility will be to ensure the timely preparation and filing of the VAT reports and Instrastat before the corresponding Tax Authorities in the countries where TD SYNNEX and / or its subsidiaries and / or branches are registered for VAT purposes. Coordinate and manage the VAT reporting team efforts in order to provide first class service and support to our local entities.What You'll Do:• Prepare and submit the VAT forms under scope: VAT returns, EU Sales List, Intrastat, Electronic reporting data … (10%)• Set the necessary checks to ensure the correctness of the above VAT forms (10%)• Ensure that the payment procedure of the above VAT forms is duly completed (5%)• Reconciliation of the VAT Books and VAT returns (10%)• End closing accounting reconciliations in selected VAT Accounts (5%)• Management of the VAT reporting team analyst body (35%)• Monitor and support all RIBS departments from a VAT point of view (15%)• Support on any VAT audit communicated to one of our VAT registrations (10%)• Additional duties as assigned• Meets attendance and punctuality standardsWhat We're Looking For:• 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.• 1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.• Bachelor's Degree with Finance and Accounting Field of Study preferred.• Bachelor's Degree with Finance and Accounting field of study required.• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.• Possesses strong data entry skills.• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.• Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.• Able to create and conduct formal presentations.• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.• Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.• Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information• Able to be immobile for long extended periods.• Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.• Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.• Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.• Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level.Working Conditions:• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.• Professional, office environment.• Some travel required.#LI-MM1**Key Skills**At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
