As a Technical Operations Manager for South Western Europe, you'll play a key role in optimizing processes, enhancing service quality, and driving operational excellence across the region. You'll serve as the bridge between technical teams and local markets, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing and maintaining product issue resolution and service continuity within the region, including SOP support and manual development.
* Collaborating with Technical Quality teams to streamline processes, resolve issues swiftly, and improve cross-team coordination.
* Supporting electric station installations by refining procedures, coordinating logistics, and ensuring regulatory compliance .
* Working cross-functionally to address regional needs, ensure readiness, and align with budget requirements .
* Analyzing, interpreting, and improving operational data to track performance and identify trends.
Your profile
* Tech-savvy, energetic, and proactive, with a strong analytical mindset and a talent for problem-solving .
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
* Excellent command of English and Spanish (B2+) ; French is a strong plus.
* Passionate about urban mobility, cycling, and sustainable transport, with an interest in improving city liveability .
