Team Leader IT Infrastructure & IT Operations (m/f/d) This is what you want
* Team leadership: Manage and develop a team of System Architects, Engineers, and Support staff. Coach and motivate the team to improve infrastructure, workplace, and software solutions.
* Mentoring & Agile work: Support individual growth, promote team strengths, and foster responsibility and continuous process improvement.
* Requirements management: Organize and guide analysis, specification, and prioritization of infrastructure, processes, and tools with stakeholders.
* Stakeholder management: Act as interface between infrastructure, IT operations, departments, and external providers.
* IT operations: Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, focusing on modern hosting and cloud infrastructures like Kubernetes and Docker.
* IT governance & strategy: Contribute to and implement IT strategies, guidelines, and compliance standards such as ISO 27001.
* IT security: Develop and enforce IT security strategies, including risk management and incident response.
* Incident management: Oversee escalation processes during technical faults.
* Project management: Lead and execute IT projects to stabilize and expand the IT landscape.
* Administration: Manage operational processes, support CIO with planning, auditing, and controlling.
Your experience and knowledge
* Degree in computer science, IT, or a comparable qualification.
* Several years of leadership and project management experience in IT.
* Strong knowledge of modern hosting and cloud infrastructures (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
* Experience with IT governance, security strategies, and ISO 27001.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
