Responsibilities

Your primary tasks consist of providing technical support and IT assistance to our employees, including phone support, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and IT systems while addressing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

- Troubleshooting Windows systems and business applications to keep everything running smoothly
- Resolving network and IT system issues, ensuring optimal performance at all times
- Responding promptly to support requests and guide users through technical solutions
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve IT processes and user experience

Meet your future team

With direct guidance from our Team Lead IT Service Center, you will become part of a close-knit team of five dedicated colleagues. We ensure that Kamstrup’s IT runs smoothly, managing daily tasks such as AD and Azure configurations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving incidents and outages. We focus on supporting each other, learning from one another and creating a positive, energetic atmosphere. Our team thrives on collaboration, helping each other shine, and embracing new challenges

Less About Us, More About You

We are looking for an IT Service Center Agent who will play a key role in maintaining our IT systems and providing outstanding technical support. The ideal candidate should bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset and possess strong technical skills to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

- Have at least 2 years of experience in Level 1-2 IT support and helpdesk roles, including handling IT phone support and managing outages in fast-paced environments
- Possess hands-on knowledge of Active Directory (AD), PowerShell, Azure, Exchange, ServiceNow, Outlook, Windows, and Teams troubleshooting
- Are skilled at prioritizing tasks under pressure, solving problems efficiently, and keeping things running smoothly
- Are flexible, creative, and able to think outside the box when facing technical challenges
- Familiarity with Mac devices is considered a plus

As we are an international organization, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English. Spanish will be considered an advantage.
