- Team Facilitation: Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Optimization: Ability to identify inefficiencies, track performance metrics (velocity, time-to-market, etc.), and support teams in improving delivery.
- Tool Expertise: Experience configuring and managing Jira or Azure DevOps for scalable team workflows.
- Dependency & Risk Management: Skilled at identifying dependencies early, avoiding delays, and managing risks/issues with clear mitigation plans.
- Documentation & Alignment: Ability to document team processes and ensure alignment with organizational Agile guidelines.
