Experteer Overview As part of the international product development team, you will lead engineering-driven turbine development projects, ensuring cost-efficient, high-quality solutions and driving innovation across the value chain. You will manage cross-functional teams and oversee all project phases from feasibility to start of production in an international setting. You’ll be accountable for cost, quality, and schedule targets while optimizing time-to-market and reporting to the management board. This role offers meaningful impact on the Cost of Energy and supports Nordex’s mission to advance wind energy globally.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead interdisciplinary project teams across engineering, production, strategic purchasing and core functions - Drive development of a Cost of Energy–optimal turbine in collaboration with value chain areas - Manage activities across feasibility, concept, detailed design, prototyping and start of production in an international environment - Take full responsibility for achieving project cost, quality and timeline targets - Perform project controlling using KPIs, progress evaluations and deviation management - Implement risk and stakeholder management practices - Develop approaches to reduce time-to-market - Prepare decision proposals and project reports for the management board - Contribute to continuous improvement of Nordex's product development processesResponsabilidades - Technical academic background, ideally in engineering or related field - Project management certification (e.G., PMP) is highly beneficial - At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects or product development - High adaptability and cross-functional collaboration - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Hands-on mindset with strong decision-making in dynamic projects - Good intercultural awareness with English proficiency;
