Base pay range
Full‐time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona. Salary is competitive with performance bonuses up to 3,265.87 € gross/year. Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted adviser to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high‐performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisements.
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
Detect and understand customers' objectives and offer adapted solutions for their needs.
Set up strategic, results‐driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long‐term performance sustainability.
Be responsible for increasing spend and campaign upselling.
Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
Requirements
EU nationality or Spanish residence card.
BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Language skills: C2 level of Hebrew and English.
Over 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing: previous client‐facing experience, particularly in high‐stakes environments.
Proven ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
Extensive CRM experience, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships and optimise CRM systems for business growth.
Exceptional business acumen, able to strategically analyse market trends and drive business growth.
Specialized Skills for the Israeli Market
Deep understanding of the Israeli market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
Familiarity with the impact of cybersecurity and intelligence on business practices.
Strategic thinking, problem‐solving, innovation, analytical skills, relationship building.
Proven ability to navigate the fast‐paced Israeli market, leverage local business tools, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity to effectively engage high‐potential tech companies.
