Our International Graduate Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in investment banking. Through a dynamic and immersive experience, you’ll work alongside a diverse team of global professionals, gain real world exposure, and build the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
What you will be doing
As a Santander CIB Graduate in Global Transaction Banking, you will be aligned to a core GTB sub-product area. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on projects designed to provide broad exposure to GTB products, including Trade & Working Capital, Cash Management and Export & Agency Finance.
During your program, you will perform key tasks to support the execution and development of solutions, including:
1. Conduct market and industry research to uncover trends, competitive dynamics, and client opportunities.
2. Analyse data to identify high-potential clients, products, and business segments.
3. Build sales and proposal materials that help teams pitch ideas and bring products to market.
4. Gain hands-on experience in transactional banking, contributing to real operations that support our clients’ day-to-day needs.
5. Present projects to team, partners, and senior leaders, sharing insights and recommendations while learning from experts across the business.
