Position Summary: Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, the Content Manager leads the execution of client content strategies, including content creation and development across various digital channels. Responsibilities include editing content for diverse audiences, analyzing content performance, and making strategic adjustments to enhance results.
The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop content and support marketing campaigns and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration: Serve as the main contact for website-related issues, providing assets and clarification. Work with SEO and paid media agencies to implement data, review copy, and ensure functionality. Assist support teams with website, SEO, and search visibility issues. Coordinate project goals with stakeholders and partners.
* Content Development & Management: Upload content to CMS, perform QA testing, and collaborate on landing page design using Figma.
* Ticket & Workflow Management: Create Jira tickets for development requests, monitor progress, and manage content tasks in Wrike.
* Testing & Optimization: Create and manage A/B tests, analyze results, and report insights.
* Analytics & Tag Management: Set up GA4 tags, triggers, and generate reports as needed.
* Internal Communications: Draft communications and guides for franchisees, ensuring clarity and alignment with operational goals.
Qualifications
* Native or near-native English proficiency
* 2+ years marketing experience in content writing and management
* Experience with enterprise web content management platforms
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of SEO best practices
