What will you do?
* Manage a portfolio of customers advertising on the platform, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
* Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and marketing objectives
* Create and present tailored digital advertising strategies that drive measurable results
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer investment and revenue growth
* Conduct regular meetings to review performance, share insights, and optimise campaigns
* Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
* Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and offering effective solutions
* Work with KPIs and revenue targets, consistently achieving or exceeding expectations
* Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in CRM systems such as Salesforce
* Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and client needs
Candidate profile
* Nordic language level of C2 and C1 level of English (written and spoken)
* Minimum 18 months of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
* Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of customers
* Strong experience in digital advertising or online marketing solutions is a plus
* Ability to build trust quickly and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
* Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
