- You will develop and grow the business of customers portfolio in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Sales, Key Account Management, and Category Management- You must define and execute an annual customer plan in order to develop the potential of the categories (based on international core range and new product development)- You will be the responsible for conduct annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions- Present & list of new products in the assortment matrix of customers- You will develop, coordinate and implement the promotional grid and marketing standards of the company with customers- You will be responsible for forecast sales volumes on monthly basis- Execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA including the full Marketing Mix- You will develop and prepare sales reports and control of budgets, investments- You must have the complete understanding of customers’ business activity and build effective relationship- You should act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions- You will play an integral role in identifying white spots and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new clients**Qualifications**:
- University degree- 3-5 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience- Strong knowledge & understanding of key account, customers & competitors- Good understanding of the overall sales processes including other areas (marketing / finance / logistics) and key account management relevant processes- Full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate- good understanding key financial figures- Strong communication & ability to manage change- Analytical and strategic thinking- Good negotiation, influencing, and conflict mediation skills to support rapid decision and problem resolution- Ability to work in teams and individuallyYour BenefitsDiversity & Inclusion:
