We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our Germany-based team to oversee the construction of our ongoing project in Hamburg.

- MSc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a CM background in industrial projects (chemical plants, crushing plants, assembly plants, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in Construction Management activities in Germany
- Over ten (10) years of industry experience acting as a CM
- Valued experience designing or implementing EPCM projects or PMC services
- Good knowledge of building regulations and standards in Germany
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Advanced knowledge of construction practices in the German market
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (C1-C2)
Responsibilities:
Project management: Oversee the entire construction process from planning to completion, including creating project plans, coordinating construction teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Budget and resource management: Monitor the budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to minimize costs while maintaining quality.
Quality control: Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards, conduct quality inspections, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Communication and collaboration: Act as the interface between stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, communicating progress and coordinating efforts.
Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, preventing delays and cost overruns.
Documentation: Maintain all relevant project documents, including reports, records, contracts, and permits.
Take legal responsibility as Bauleiter for the project in Germany.
Your role as Construction Manager is crucial for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and with high quality. Your skills in project planning, risk management, and team leadership are essential.
