We are looking for a "**Program Management Officer Assistant**" with extensive experience in managing projects or programs, preferably in a regulatory environment, for the Architecture Technology and Standards Office team of one of our clients in the Pharmaceutical industry.
**SKILLS**:
- Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or equivalent field
- +5 years experience in project/program manager, preferably in a regulatory environment
- Knowledge and experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Strong skills in stakeholder management on different stakeholder levels
- Excelent skills in English, spoken and written
- High communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and problem solving attitude
- Ability to facilitate collaboration and drive results within a matrix organisation.
- Availability to travel ocassionally.
**TASKS**& RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide Standard adoption support and guidance for business and technical representatives from products/projects within all customer areas in the company.
- Ensure adherence and compliance of company's Standards by driving successful adoption and effective collaboration.
- Provide cross functional guidance and strategic planning for Standard Adoption activities.
- Coordinate dependencies and resource availability with different contributor groups.
- Facilitate and track in collaboration with the Standard Owner the progress of the Standard Adoption in product development projects.
- Support the Standard Owners and RTE in preparation and execution for progress reviews and milestones as part of our agile ways of working.
- Traceability and management of dependencies, risks and issues by tracking the Applicability Map movements and by providing adoption metrics.
- Maintain company Standards adoption data and documentation by updating the repositories to ensure its traceability and visibility in the Standards Catalog.
- Promote Standardization and establish awareness of Standardization initiatives in the organisation through communication and training using suitable channels.
- Actively participate in the change management and continuous improvement of Adoption processes and practices
- Act in accordance with the company values and operational principle.
**SCHEDULE**:
- 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (versátil)
