As our Product Manager (PM) – AI x EdTech, you will act as the architect of a living ecosystem rather than a simple feature builder. Therefore, you will translate our bold vision into a concrete roadmap that seamlessly connects behavioral protocols with AI-powered coaching loops.
🚀 Your Missions as a Product Manager (PM) – AI x EdTech
To achieve our goals, you will focus on these six core areas:
* Product Strategy: First, you must translate the founder’s vision into a roadmap that bridges business goals with technological innovation.
* Behavioral Insight: Furthermore, you will obsess over user patterns to identify where transformation breaks, turning coaching psychology into actionable hypotheses.
* Build & Ship Fast: We utilize Lean Startup methodology to validate ideas through MVPs and rapid weekly iterations.
* Product Analytics: Additionally, you will track activation, retention, and transformation rates to prove our users are actually growing.
* AI Innovation: Specifically, you will prototype new experiences using AI agents to amplify what makes us human.
* Emotion & Precision: Finally, you will create visceral, cinematic experiences that open hearts while maintaining the structured loops that secure results.

* The Background: You possess 3–6 years of experience as a PM/PO in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech. Notably, you have shipped at least one major product from end-to-end.
* The Tools: Because we value speed, you must use Figma comfortably to prototype your ideas directly.
* The Traits: You are craft-obsessed and user-impact driven. Since you care deeply about the outcome, you often work beyond standard hours to achieve excellence.
* The Language: We require native-level French for our primary content, alongside fluent English for internal collaboration.
