YOUR ROLE
As an IT Security Officer within the International 1 perimeter, you will play a crucial cross-functional role supporting around 15 European subsidiaries of ALTEN in the deployment of their cybersecurity strategy and the continuous evolution of their Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
You will contribute to strengthening the overall security posture, promoting cybersecurity as a business differentiator, and ensuring compliance with international security standards. Additionally, you will lead the implementation and operational management.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the continuous improvement of ISO 27001 ISMS across International 1 subsidiaries.
Manage cybersecurity risk assessment processes, monitoring risks and defining remediation plans aligned with business priorities.
Retrieve, assess, and monitor security exceptions as part of risk management activities.
Deploy and manage compliance controls, monitoring, reporting, and governance processes across European entities.
Handle audits and respond to Business Security Requests (contract reviews, security questionnaires, compliance matrices).
Execute and localize security awareness plans, ensuring clear communication and adoption.
Coordinate transversal security projects involving multiple teams and subsidiaries.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-have
Engineer degree, preferably in Informatics or Cybersecurity
Minimum 5 years of experience in Security Governance or Security Compliance
Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, ENS, TISAX, or NIST
Solid background in risk management
Strong organization, leadership, and active listening skills
Fluent English
Nice-to-have
Experience with HIPAA/HDS or health sciences regulations
Experience in project management
French language skills
Strong presentation and communication abilities
Relevant certifications (ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP/CISM, CRISC)
Experience in international, multicultural environments
Special requirements
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
