Minimum Qualifications and skills:
* University degree in Law, Economics or equivalent.
* Proficiency in oral and written English language.
Minimum General & Specific professional experience:
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in legal advice to large transport infrastructure projects, of which at least 3 years should be preferably in Sub-Saharan African countries.
* Working experience in South Africa is an added advantage.
* Involvement in a minimum of 2 large transport infrastructure projects in the past 10 years.
* Involvement in a minimum of 1 transport project in a developing country, preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa, financed by EU, EIB or other IFI's in the past 10 years. xohynlm
