Come and continue building your career in our headquarters! /p p As a Product Manager, you will work in an international surrounding and participate in strategic commercial decision-making related to sales and consumer demand. /p p With your cultural background and analytical skills, you will ensure the optimum distribution of the product in the correct quantities to maximize the sales of our collections. /p pb What’s your typical day like? /b /p p Working alongside Area and Store Managers, you are the link to the Buying team and will help guarantee and implement the commercial strategies for our stores. /p p You will look after the product proposals and your sales analysis will allow you to setup action plans such as identifying sales opportunities/cross selling, push forward categories with high potential and ensuring replenishment for the new arrivals. /p p You will coordinate with the Distribution department to define sending priorities as well as ensuring the optimum the store replenishments and stock management (excess stock and store transfers). /p p Based on your thorough market studies, you will participate in defining promotional strategies to engage customers and help reach sales objectives. /p p Your daily analysis will make you detect product and merchandising needs and as well as providing solutions to daily product management. /p pb How do we imagine you? /b /pulli You are extremely tuned into fashion, culture, and business. /lili You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager. /lili You have a desire to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment. /lili You are resourceful, analytical and pay attention to detail. /lili You have studied Management or Business Administration degree, speaking Spanish English is a must, (French is a plus) and have sharp Excel skills. /li /ul pb What’s our team like? /b /p p In Bershka, we like to hire people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds because it makes us stronger.
