What you'll actually be doing

* Verification (KYC)
* Security checks
* Technical and gameplay questions
You'll also:
* Work closely with other departments to solve cases
* Handle sensitive situations with professionalism
* Spot patterns, risks and customer trends
* Contribute ideas to improve systems and customer experience

Requirements
