As a Senior Product Manager for FinancialForce ACCELERATE, you will focus on innovating and delivering continuous updates to our Customer Lifecycle Experience solutions. You will work with various departments to define requirements, communicate strategic directions, and increase product adoption to maximize customer value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategy: Collaborate with senior management, understand market and customer needs, define investment priorities, and drive strategic initiatives.
* Go To Market: Participate in product launches, present new functionalities, and promote adoption programs.
* Release Planning & Delivery: Prioritize requirements, coordinate with engineering and product teams, and ensure features are ready for release.
* Customer Engagement: Interact with key customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidates will have comprehensive exposure to product ownership, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
