Marketing Manager Genetic Testing Solutions

The Global Marketing team seeks a skilled marketing professional responsible for shaping the global strategy for genetic testing solutions, including launches, concepts, and campaigns. You will lead our consumer/patient initiatives and collaborate closely with Product Directors and Regional Marketing teams.
With excellent communication skills, digital expertise, and extensive marketing experience, you can translate strategy into targeted content delivered at the right time. You excel in multicultural, cross-functional collaboration and are comfortable navigating a global stakeholder environment.
Managing multiple processes and projects requires a pragmatic, positive, and creative mindset, with both strategic and operational focus. A solid business acumen is essential to identify growth opportunities. You will be part of the broader Global Marketing & Academy team, reporting to the VP of Global Marketing.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and communicate a clear, visionary marketing strategy aligned with Vitrolife Group's and genetic testing solutions' long-term business objectives.
* Lead the development of value propositions, marketing plans, campaigns, and sales tools globally.
* Plan and implement an optimal marketing mix, emphasizing digital strategies (web, email campaigns, webinars, social media content).
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service launches and campaigns, ensuring commercial impact.
* Work closely with upstream product management to incorporate customer and market insights into product visions and roadmaps.
* Develop patient marketing concepts and campaigns to enhance communication and lead generation.
* Monitor campaign and launch performance, implementing continuous improvements.
Requirements
* A master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in regional or global marketing roles.
* At least 5 years of digital marketing experience, including omnichannel and marketing automation, focusing on the customer journey.
* Strong background in marketing and brand management, preferably within the medical device or fast-moving consumer industry.
* Business and financial acumen, experience managing marketing budgets, and analyzing sales data for campaign insights.
The interview will be conducted in English. The position is based in Valencia (Parque tecnológico de Paterna).
