Experteer Overview In this role you drive strategic marketing across IT-focused categories for the EMEA region, connecting vendors with internal teams to deliver measurable growth. You shape and execute integrated campaigns, manage multi-vendor plans, and lead cross-functional enablement programs. You’ll monitor performance, optimize tactics, and report insights to stakeholders. This is a chance to influence vendor success and partner engagement at a global technology distributor.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead strategic marketing initiatives across UCC, DCPOS, Pro AV, and Physical Security categories - Act as the bridge between vendors and internal teams to align campaigns with business goals - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across EMEA - Build strong vendor relationships and secure marketing funding - Consolidate and manage multi-vendor marketing plans - Lead cross-functional execution of campaigns, events, and enablement programs - Use marketing automation tools for targeting and performance tracking - Define and monitor KPIs such as campaign ROI, partner engagement, and lead conversion - Analyze performance data to optimize future campaigns and report outcomes - Present strategic recommendations and insights to internal and external stakeholdersResponsabilidades - 8+ years’ experience in marketing - Experience in IT or technology sectors preferred - Proven success in vendor relationship management and strategic planning - Strong project management with multi-country coordination - Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Visio and Project experience preferred - Fluency in English;
