is key? We are looking for a
Training Specialist
to support the development and delivery of high-quality training programs related to our products and solutions. Degree in Optometry (mandatory)
Fluent English (professional proficiency level required)
Experience in training as optometrist minimin 5 years of experience.
Design and deliver training sessions (in-person, online, and webinars) for internal teams and clients.
Represent the company as a subject matter expert in product training at corporate events and client engagements.
Design, update, and optimize existing training programs and modules, ensuring alignment with product technological and functional evolution. xpzdshu
Develop new training content for product launches and key updates.
Recruitment Process:
Online assessment to evaluate behaviors and competencies
23 working days + 14 public holidays (in accordance with local legislation)
finish from 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and 3:00 PM on Fridays
~ Summer schedule and shorter Fridays all year round
~ 2 days of remote work per week
