A temporary vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Partner has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe, Spain. The successful applicant will join an international Talent Acquisition team dedicated to defining and implementing employment policies and deploying recruitment processes.
Mission
Lead the selection process of Airbus Commercial external positions using a proactive sourcing approach.
Lead early career programs (interns) within Airbus Commercial.
Collaborate with the Internal Mobility network.
Participate and lead local & transversal projects focused on improving Talent Acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Demonstrate expertise in required profiles for internal customers and stakeholders.
Act as focal point for the deployment of specific EC programs in Airbus Commercial.
Ensure staffing needs meet a long‑term strategy.
Analyze and challenge managers' needs, providing market vision, translating requirements into appealing job advertisements.
Choose appropriate job boards and other channels to advertise positions.
Plan sourcing strategies and conduct headhunting on targeted platforms.
Run proactive sourcing via social networks and initiate referrals from employees, alumni, universities, networks, and databases.
Understand candidate motivations to highlight fit.
Create and implement end‑to‑end hiring processes for a positive candidate experience.
Provide external market vision for critical and top profiles to stakeholders (KAMs, HRBPs, HO Functions).
Contribute to Employment Marketing strategy and events for critical profiles.
Advance the Airbus Global Sourcing Strategy.
Analyze KPIs, user feedback, and service quality to suggest improvements.
Collaborate with supply chain to monitor performance of deliveries.
Transversal Projects
Active participation at local and transnational level in new initiatives for Employment and Talent Acquisition.
Evaluate and revise processes, methods, and practices.
Support and initiate changes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of HR and employment policies.
Act as project leader or support project leaders on project milestones.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Proficiency with social media and professional networks.
Proficiency in documenting processes and staying up to date with industry trends.
In‑depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates.
Project management and analytical skills.
Quick grasp of job skills, competencies and industry trends to inform searches.
Hands‑on, solution‑oriented, versátil, and open‑minded mindset.
Excellent communication, customer service, and client interaction skills.
Negotiation and influencing abilities.
Analytical skills.
Languages
English: Advanced level.
Spanish.
