We seek someone technically savvy, capable of leveraging tools like Power BI and AI to automate reporting, identify proactive indicators, and enhance business operations across drug development stages. About the Role Key Responsibilities : Support and maintain the governance structure for the CDQ Leadership Team, focusing on quality planning, objectives, change initiatives, and utilizing new technologies for improved reporting and analysis. Ensure CDQ meets key deliverables by working closely with the Director of Ops and Compliance, the CDQ Leadership Team, and cross-functional partners to bridge knowledge gaps between global and country levels. Foster quality partnerships with cross-functional teams, including various Quality groups, Country Quality leadership, and business functions interacting with CDQ. Implement methodologies to identify and assess risks related to clinical and pharmacovigilance activities across countries. Deploy and review harmonized performance measures (KPIs and KQIs) to achieve operational excellence. Recommend and initiate continuous improvement projects, sharing lessons learned and best practices in clinical and pharmacovigilance quality activities. Oversee training compliance (e.g., SOPs, AE training) for CDQ staff across countries in collaboration with R&D Quality and business lines. Qualifications include a university degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Business Management, with relevant experience in GCP and/or PV Quality Assurance, project management, or both. Demonstrated leadership in a global/matrix environment, with strong management, interpersonal, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
