For our Business Workflow department in Palma we are seeking a Junior Product Executive.
The purpose of this role is to review, support and report on the status Non-Bookable Content (including photos, facts, descriptions and geolocations) to ensure that only the highest quality content is provided to our clients for touristic services such as hotels, excursions and other services.
Furthermore, to support the users who are responsible for Health & Safety in the destination offices, as well as Customer Complaints Management, and to report on the status of these topics within our contracted portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, your main responsibilities will be:
* Advise users in the destinations on the best practices and system functionality related to NBC, H&S and Customer Complaints.
* Work with internal and external applications and websites to verify the validity of content.
* Monitor all new or updated content and approve only the content which meets the required standards.
* Report on the status of the above-mentioned topics across all the portfolio, proactively identify problem areas and take actions where needed.
* Support colleagues within the Business Workflow team on ad-hoc basis with other business-related tasks.
* Contribute towards the design, development and testing of system enhancements related to these topics.
Requirements
* University degree in related business fields.
* Experience in hotel environment such as reception and customer experience are highly advantageous.
* IT affinity and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
* High level of English (written and spoken).
* Hands-on, team player; with the ability to build strong working relationships with the stakeholders across different departments.
* Attention to detail; ability to understand relevant aspects of the business.
* Excellent communications skills and proactive attitude.
* Results-oriented and self-organized working style.
