We are working with a market leading IoT solutions provider in Bilbao that has recently centralised its Network Operations Centre. The infrastructure is live and operational, but they are now building the team properly and hiring for two key positions.
They are looking for:
• A NOC Manager to take ownership of the function, implement structured escalation frameworks, reduce alert noise, and scale the NOC into a true operational hub.
• NOC Engineers who want more than just alert forwarding. This role involves real troubleshooting across Linux and IP networks, improving monitoring processes, and helping shape how the NOC runs long term.
You'll have an excellent opportunity to join a growing, international business who are rapidly expanding into new markets, meaning constant opportunities to progress into roles such as:
* NOC Team Lead
* Networks Director
* Network Architect
* Presales Engineer
This is a 9-to-5 office-based role with international exposure across multiple regions and salary is dependent on experience, as they would take someone who can either hit the ground running from day one, or take someone who needs some guidance in specific technical areas.
If you have a good understanding of wireless or IP networks and have fluent English and Spanish skills, this could be the role for you!
