Experteer Overview In this On-Trade role at Bacardi, you will help grow our brands in proximity channels and strengthen our Premium portfolio and innovations. You’ll implement the commercial plan for On-Trade customers and drive distribution and visibility at points of purchase. You will spot opportunities and guide strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance in your region, delivering value while protecting the core business.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Deliver the country IAP-aligned Commercial plan for On-Trade customers (EFO & new model)
- Negotiate in Point of Sale to meet distribution and visibility targets
- Drive use of Picture of Success and activate brands at the point of purchase
- Identify opportunities and guide strategy development to maximise Bacardi's On-Trade performance and value creationResponsabilidades
- Track record in Commercial, field sales experience preferred
- Affinity with On Trade, Events and/or Promotions
- Strong ability to organize work independently
- Solid negotiation skills
- Good communicator and active listener
