WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing any compliance risks. We have 500+ clients using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. Together with the team, you will contribute to growing our team, clients, and ARR.
What you will do
* Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and develop them into sales opportunities.
* Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails.
* Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
* Present our company to potential clients.
* Participate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership by providing your insights & know-how to improve WorkFlex's value proposition, product features, and messaging for prospects and customers.
* Take care of reporting on the progress of your own deals in our CRM (Hubspot).
What you need to succeed
* You already have some experience in outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS company, and are ready to further expand your expertise.
* You have German skills on a native level and English skills on a business level.
* You have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. You excel at asking good questions to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs.
* You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup.
* You have a good understanding of technology and different sales tools, including Hubspot.
* You are passionate about remote work – you enjoy working in a remote setup yourself and want to enable many more employers to reap the benefits of this setup.
* You are willing to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to constantly improve processes and communication workflows.
